The Challenge/ Problem
The system needed a reliable booking flow where customers could search routes, pick trips, reserve seats, and pay without conflicts — while admins required full control over schedules, bookings, reports, and payment automation in one place.
The Approach
I built the customer booking journey end to end — route and trip search, bus and seat selection, and seamless payment — then paired it with an administration dashboard for trip scheduling, booking management, reporting, and payment automations using Laravel and React Router 7.
The Outcome
Operators now run bookings from a single system: passengers book and pay online with confidence, and admins control schedules, seats, payments, and reports without relying on manual processes.
